Died in USA. Alfried ist gemeinsam mit seiner Familie mit dem Schiff namens "New York" von Bremen nach New York ausgewandert und erreichte die Stadt am 29.08.1864. Bei der Volkszählung 1870 lebte er bei seinen Eltern in Omaha, Douglas, Nebraska. 1880 lebte er in Council Bluffs, Pattawattamie, Iowa.
